Anw, past few days been working at F1 SGP, 1st ever night race.
The experience was one historical..
Hearing that Va-va-vroom frm these mean machines was instant adrenauline.
Can jus feel that sense of being a s'porean when u see them in action.
Omg, i still can believe i did lived to watch F1 LIVE..
hahas.
& ya, best of all is to sa-shaying down onto the fresh-hot circuit aft Alonso won the chequered flag.

Lastly, also a big thanks to lard, yao & thomas for that unforgettable "18th - roll"

I m back frm both Bangkok & Gunung Datuk in M'sia.
6 - 10 sept bangkok

That was one of the fabulous trips for me.
But before that came the political thermoil in thailand which kinda almost ruined my trip, but yea it turned out to be nth much actually. Guess its jus the media playing it up ba.
I miss the street food, that beautiful nightlife & the overall calm tranquil feel of the thai ppl.
It feels like Holiday...

Alryt, 1st sunday was pretty much the highlight of the trip which we went chatuchak market, got quite a handful of shirts & other stuff there. the place was like the epicentre of trading in thailand, can find all sorts of things to buy, eat n use..
The BTS skytrain was another interesting sight. There's tis guard who's station at the platform & if anyones cross the yellow line, a loud beep frm the whistle could be heard.. Plus thai ppl are so much more uniform den s'porean. At least they have basic consideration & queue in front of where the train doors open. Yea, literally as in queue. So much for the things that s'pore is gonna do to install those expensive gadgets to our MRT systems.. why cant we take a leaf frm the thais?

Nx 2 days was more sightseeing & more shops to walk.. MBK, Baiyoke sky, chinatown, siam sq, etc.. Oh ye, we watched dark knight once again in Imax at sean request..
The funny thing was also that i didnt see any FBTs being sold at any sports shop.. & pineapple rice was also seldom seen. hmm, i wonder why..

The return flight frm bkk to spore was very rewarding of me too.
Aft we took off, as the plane turned n u look down. Can see those layers & layers of padi fields shimming & glamouring the setting sunrays back to u in the aircraft.. That was Beautiful - lifting off frm the setting sun.
Den when we were at cruising altitude, I saw tis SQ jet flew by ours.. it was 10m apart or so.. A Boeing 777-300 i think.. a brief 3 sec & it was gone alr. omg, is she Beautiful..

Ytd jus came back frm Gunung Datuk, M'sia. The view frm the top was superb, 180 degree of wholesome goodness laa.. The ascend & descend wasnt too long nor short. & yea, as usual the rain falls on our head on the trip again.

Aye, will post pics when i get them frm the saddam n when i get my laptop up running again.
