Today & Sat's trng had been both fun & extremely enticing for me.
Sat, off we went frm Bt Timah thru to Macritchie.
it was fun, esp the start when we dashed up to bt timah summit.. wow, thats when the party started! =)
As it was durian season, saw quite alot of the addictive fruit's scattered remains within the reserve, of cus nt forgetting to include those adventure-seeking retirees whom comb the forest for their share of the king's pie.
We crossed the tree-top walk along the way. Nth much to see though, as much of the scenics were blocked up by the canopy.. The one i rmbred at tis nature reserve in malaysia seemed better though..
Concluded our session at upp thomson rd, n topped it off wif sinful murtabak.. =P
Today, was another nice workout.
i hope i didnt tire them out as much as i wanted to have fun during the training process.
endurance run was the whole talk.
it was my 1st time trying tis route though, & "dare to venture" printed on the running tee was the motivation.
SP-Haw Par Villa, it was a nice jog thru the pasir panjang neighbourhood, the houses there were nice too, design n stuff.. white shirt thomas kept coming up.. lols.. Afterwhich, we cond up towards kent ridge park.. the sloping entrance was a chore but the majestic view of the singapore harbour frm the top justified that earlier claim.
The sun was almost down when we left. South Buona Vista road was another charming route; with trees staggering frm both sides of the road plus the winding road & the light breeze, pretty much defined the phrase 'evening jog'..
The road led us back to campus n yea beloved water cooler..

Mayb its the weather problem ba. The more we ran the more shiok we felt.. hahas, or its jus us in "mind over body" state..

Today i came home at 5pm.
& i survived the day wif full attention in classes.
That was smthing i felt rather gd about.
Returning home earlier seemed much like a bonus.. Mayb its cus i hadnt been doing so for a long time.. i jus realised that yr2 i hadnt a class that ended at 3pm!
Dad cooked up quite a feat for dinner. Superb!
The ogling sotong was jus worth dying to try for.. =D
I hope dad recontracts the internet plan soon, for much the 1Mbps connection to be shared among 2 PCs is hindering one or the other.. 8Mbps would be perfect!!

Today had poly50 briefing n trng aft tt.
was pleased to see the whole of my team2 down today. Marvellous.
Runs were ok, jus needta fine-tuned for optimum performance.

Sea-x 2008 has concluded.
Wad a camp.. i m sure the juniors had enjoyed (ok mayb nt say enjoy but endure) tis trip n learned alot of new skills, making the valuable bond.
Somehow can see tis grp as one that is fun loving.. Will jus need to fine tune it wld be great liao.. so yea anw,
