yesterday was the big day - Xphysique 2010.
my first adventure race.
my first time riding on a mountain bike trail; unfortunately that ended in a fall, costing alot.
though we didnt make it to the top three, I am really glad in running the race with my friends.
the same people that pulled me up when i fell and held me back when excitement overtook exhaustion.
Dismay there maybe, but still it was an experience i would not forget.
In all, i can say; an adventure race is way tiring that a marathon.. it just blows your mind away complete with fatigue..
