no sore no gain.
saw tis guy pushing i think his wife or sth in a wheelchair running, seeing his wife making the effort to help her husband roll the wheelchair along, brought a moment of tear.. I believed they motivated many including myself to think even a disabled person is making an effort to finish, why cant you? and to add they're damn fast!
