Starhub. A let down /16:04

Dear Starhub;

This post is written to express my extreme disappointment in you as an ISP.

I read with interest in today's paper that you were behind the big woo-ha over the great singapore treasure hunt, and at the same time boasting about your great 10Mbps high speed internet.
Sadly to say I only can agree about that to only an extremely small extent.
It's been ongoing for the past week. Poor connections, ridiculously slow OR no buffering, etc.

This is all adding up to the big pool of reasons why I regretted switching over to you in the first place. Singnet ftw.

I hope matters resolved soon.
