Overslept today. woke up at 8am brushed teeth & went back to slp til 9am.

ytd's training had been great, nice workout, new faces =)
Today's weather is super duper hot & warm, not to mention hazy too.
think my sweat glands was at its full potential, taking every possible opportunity to work.
Not too mention that i wore jeans and long sleeve on tues, one hell of a day, though i was looking gd.
Went to source for SCRs and shoe for fyp.
Still got work to be done.
