i was looking fwd to unwind, until yes the very least is my fucking knn inconsiderate downstairs neighbor who decided to puff and smoke away at his window. LOSER!
its so sickening man, & of all times he (i presume its a HE) chose to smoke at 12 midnight, WTF, thats the time i want to sleep, breathing in fresh oxygen & not carbon monoxide and Tar which are used to paved the roads and expressways.

Seriously i hope lee kuan yew will dump all the hardcore smokers onto some reclaimed island and let them smoke themselves there.

Its not that i wanna flame ppl's freedom to enjoyment, but secondary smoke isnt an enjoyable past time either.
But it isnt the 1st time i had to tolerate and squim myself into another spot of the house, damn i Hope that i'll have more power to do sth..
